Relaxation
There is a specific relaxation class to learn techniques to release
stress and tension in body and mind and is ideal for those who suffer
from anxiety, stress or pre-exam jitters.
In this class we do 3/4 hour of gentle yoga stretches to promote
relaxation followed by half hour of deep guided relaxation using
breath and visualisation.
